Pizza pit is one of our favorite pizza places in the area. The thin crust pizza is so good and they definitely don't skimp on the toppings! The wings are amazing along with the garlic bread and gyros. Their cookies are tasty too! Every time we've ordered delivery, the delivery person was always prompt and friendly, and when we have dined inside, the staff has always been friendly as well. I look forward to trying even more items off the menu in the future!
Was done driving for the day, decided to try out this place. The 5pc fish dinner is great! The cashier also let me stay in to eat after they closed so I can take my break from the truck. Sometimes us truckers get special perks out here :) thanks!
Pizza Pit is one of the staple pizza places in Ames, Iowa where I went to college. Once I learned that there was a location almost perfectly in the middle of where my mom and I live (my mom in Madison, and I in Waukesha) I was super excited for us to meet in the middle for dinner sometime! Based on some of the reviews we were a little nervous, but still wanted to give the place a try. Once we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how nice it was! The restaurant was very clean and very well upkept. The atmosphere reminded me a ton of the Pizza Pit that I knew in college. We ordered a large deluxe pizza and a couple of sodas. The pizza took about 20ish minutes to come to the table. We absolutely loved it! Tasted exactly like the pizza I used to have in college! The entire time we were there the phones were ringing off the hook and there was a constant stream of delivery drivers coming, grabbing pizzas, and running out again. All in all, my mom and I had a wonderful experience and can't wait to be back!
Stopped on Saturday afternoon, August 5th. Best doggone pizza ever! We ordered a 20', and are still eating the leftovers today (Monday). Cold or hot, the flavor is awesome! The young people working were very good to us and the restaurant was nice and clean. We will be back and we'll bring friends!
First time eating here. Pizza was hot and fresh and delicious. Will eat here again when back in the area. Staff was friendly and helpful.

I would like to say that I haven't tasted such a good pizza in a while. The truth, very good taste. In my case I arrived 3 minutes before they closed and without problems they attended me immediately.
Generally 5 stars except web site ordering which prompts for tips on takeout orders. Very offensive.
